Christine's Krispies Treats

The most chewy, delicious Rice Krispies Treats you'll ever taste.

What you'll need:

8x8 pan
Wax Paper
Large Sauce Pan
Spoon
Large Bowl
Coconut Oil for greasing
4 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
4 Cups (Half of a 1 pound bag) Kraft Jet-Puffed Mini Marshmallows
4 Cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal
1 Hanful of Kraft Jet-Puffed Mini Marshmallows
1/2 Cup of Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Cream

1. Grease your 8x8 pan with coconut oil. Set aside.
2. Tear off enough wax paper to use later to smash the treats into the pan. Set aside.
3. Pour 4 Cups of Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal into a large bowl. Set aside.
4. Set saucepan on stove. Turn burner on to a low heat. Add 4 tablespoons of Coconut Oil into your saucepan. Then, add 4 Cups (half of a 1 pound bag) of Kraft Jet-Puffed Mini Marshmallows. Stir gently and slowly until mixture is smooth and creamy. Turn off burner.
5. Pour melted marshmallow mixture onto the Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal. Stir until mixed well. Add a handful of marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows are spread evenly.
6. Scoop half of the krispies mixture into the 8x8 pan. Smash the krispies mixture into the 8x8 pan by using the wax paper. Remove the wax paper and set aside.
7. Smear 1/2 Cup of Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Cream onto the krispies mixture that is already in the 8x8 pan. Spread evenly.
8. Scoop the other half of the krispies mixture into the 8x8 pan, covering the marshmallow cream. Smash the remaining krispies mixture into the 8x8 pan by using the wax paper. Remove the wax paper.
9. Cover and place in the refrigerator until cold. (You may also place these in the freezer for about 30 minutes.) Remove and cut into bars.
10. Enjoy!

These delicious treats will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
